Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or custom-made products)
- Personalized or custom items (unless defective or damaged)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at return@evervibestudio.store.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
